Custom framing does not have to be hard or costly. Our Account Managers will work with you to create a custom frame or get you one of our Do-It-Yourself frames that are designed specifically for your certificate, diploma, award, photo, and more. Frames are made in our St. Charles, IL plant by one of our Master Framers and many can even ship same day!

We offer many frame types to meet the budget needs and preferences of our clientele. Our frames are handcrafted in the USA at our St. Charles facility. We utilize only the highest quality finishing materials and packaging to ensure the beauty you’ve come to expect. We guarantee your complete satisfaction. You have a choice of Custom Framing (we frame your document here at Jim Henry Inc.) or Self Framing, where the frame is sent to you and you mount the document.
If you have a document or certificate you need to be framed right away or, to find out more about our custom framing services, please select the Customer Service Request and Inquiry link, and complete our online form. Please make sure to include your document size in your request. Once we have your inquiry, we will expedite pricing information and a mailing tube (if required) so that you can submit your documents for framing.

We offer our clients a wide variety of high-quality moulding options. Choose from a selection of premium wood and metals frames to meet your budget and design tastes. Some common mouldings include:

Mat Boards
A mat has two main jobs. The first is to prevent the certificate from making contact with the glazing. The other is to enhance the visual appearance of the final product. Matboards come in a variety of colors and will be custom designed with your framed certificate.
GLAZING OPTIONS
Most glazing options are available in both glass and acrylic. Some options include:
Standard – premium quality, abrasion resistant
Non-Glare – enhances visibility and reduces unwanted reflections
Conservation – 99% of UV light protection to protect the integrity of the conserved product
Conservation Non-Glare – 99% of UV light protection to protect the integrity of the conserved product and non-glare to enhances visibility and reduces unwanted reflections
CUSTOM MEDALLIONS
Custom minted medallions are another option with your framed certificate or award. Each is die struck and finished in a 24K gold plate.
Self Frames
Framing your certificates is Easy! Simply open the frame back to affix certificate to the mat with tape provided and replace backer. Your framed certificate is now ready to display. Jim Henry, Inc. guarantees you will be completely satisfied or you may return your frame within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
